BounceShield does not sell or share personal data that users upload. Users retain ownership of their uploaded data used for email verification purposes. BounceShield may access this data for customer support, troubleshooting, gathering statistics, improving accuracy, or increasing product viability. Users can delete their uploaded data at any time.
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately at support@bounceshield.io of any unauthorized use of your account, password, or username, or any other breach of security.
Communications: By creating an account, you opt in to receive newsletters and promotional materials from BounceShield. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Purchases: One credit verifies one email address. All transactions are processed through third-party payment processors. Once a credit is purchased or used, the use cannot be revoked and no replacement credits or refunds will be provided outside of our refund policy.
You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Only unused credits will be refunded. To request a refund, contact us at support@bounceshield.io.
